What can I do if a foundation contractor did not fix my foundation to my satisfaction?

First retain a structural engineer. The structural engineer will evaluate the foundation system and make recommendations. Submit the recommendations to the foundation contractor and request the recommendations to be implemented. If the contractor refuses then retain an attorney. Ask the professional engineer before retaining him/her if they are willing to get involved should it makes it to mediation or court.
